- Mill feed, clinker/addition proportions and gypsum
- Mill motor power, t/h and kWh/t
- Blaine plus 45 µm or 80 µm residue
- Separator settings and circulating load
- Mill inlet/outlet temperature and ventilation
- 3/7/28-day strength and setting
Recommended trial sequence
- Stabilize and record an untreated baseline.
- Confirm product identity, density and dosing calibration.
- Apply one agreed dosage step without changing unrelated controls.
- Wait for circuit stabilization and collect time-matched process and cement samples.
- Compare process, cement quality and economics together.
